1. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made towards astrology services are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • - One-on-one astrology consultations (in-person, phone, or online).
  • - Personalized astrology reports, horoscopes, or predictions.
  • - Remedial solutions, gemstone recommendations, or rituals suggested.
  • - Courses, workshops, or webinars conducted by Diva Pratihast .
  • - Any digital or downloadable astrology-related content.

Once a service has been booked or delivered, no refund requests will be entertained.

2. No Exceptions to Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Dissatisfaction with the service – Astrology is a science of guidance, and interpretations may vary based on different factors. Refunds cannot be issued based on subjective expectations.
  • Missed appointments– Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled consultations. Failure to attend without prior rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
  • Change of mind– If a client decides not to proceed with the booked session or service after making the payment, a refund will not be provided.
  • Unfavorable outcomes – Predictions and guidance are based on astrological calculations and cannot guarantee specific results. Refunds will not be issued if the outcomes do not meet the client’s expectations.
  • Technical or external issues– Any network issues, connectivity problems, or technical difficulties on the client’s end do not qualify for a refund.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we offer clients the flexibility to reschedule their appointments:

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
  • If a client fails to request rescheduling within the stipulated time, the session will be considered attended, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
  • Rescheduling is subject to Diva Ma’am’s availability.

4. Payment Disputes

By making a payment for any astrology service, clients acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. Any disputes or chargebacks initiated against payments will be contested with reference to this policy.
